About Us:

Supply Staff is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support schools across Harlow. We are looking for compassionate and reliable Learning Support Assistants who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

Job Overview:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide classroom support to students who require additional help with learning and development. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs. This Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support as a Learning Support Assistant.

• Support students with classroom learning and engagement.

• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff.

• Encourage positive behaviour and social development.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable.

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

• Passion for supporting students with additional needs.

• Calm, patient, and proactive approach.
