A growing business based in Southall is looking for a Finance Analyst to join its Financial Reporting team.

The Role
Open to experienced Finance Analysts / Management Accountants or Graduates with some experience with a related degree
This role will support month-end reporting, financial analysis, reconciliations, budgeting and process improvement, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end close and journal postings
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyse costs and provide financial commentary
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with audits and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Key Requirements
- Previous experience within a finance or management accountant role
- Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot tables
- Analytical with good attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- ERP systems/Power BI exposure beneficial
- Be able to commute to Southall easily
- Part qualified (desirable) or graduate with similar academic background and some relevant work experience
- FMCG experience advantageous
