Location: Onsite at manufacturing site – Sleaford, Lincolnshire

Work Times: 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday). A degree of flexibility will be needed at peak periods.

Person Specification

The purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day operation of company IT systems and reporting processes, with involvement in supporting the EFACS ERP system and internal reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal reporting processes across operational and finance functions.
• Assist with maintaining ERP system data accuracy, particularly within EFACS.
• Help produce scheduled and ad-hoc management reports.
• Support users with routine EFACS-related queries and reporting requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting reporting issues where required.

Finance and Data Analysis Responsibilities

• Assist with finance-related reporting and data analysis tasks.
• Support reconciliation and validation of reporting outputs.
• Help identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows and automation.

Report Development Responsibilities

• Assist with report generation using Excel and reporting tools.
• Support development of simple automated reporting solutions.
• Assist with extracting and preparing data for internal stakeholders.
• Help improve efficiency of recurring reporting tasks through automation where possible.

General Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring company software systems remain secure, functional and aligned with business requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes as EFACS capability expands across the group.
• Undertake any other duties from time to time as can be reasonably requested by the company.

Skills & Experience Required

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware setup and user support processes.
• Strong attention to detail when working with data.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Well organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work to agreed procedures and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems, particularly EFACS, and reporting technologies.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as EFACS.
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools.
• Experience supporting reporting within finance or manufacturing environments.
