Sales Representative ready-to-wear & footwear – London & South of England

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to accelerate our growth in the UK. If you are a proactive relationship-builder with a track record of smashing targets, we want you on our team!
The Role
As our Sales Representative (Footwear & Ready-To-Wear) for London and the South of England, your mission will be to expand our network and our footprint (Independent shoe boutiques, department stores, lifestyle stores) in this high-potential territory. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
· Present and sell seasonal collections. Open new strategic accounts and help existing clients maximize their turnover with our products
· Prepare client meeting (Including powerpoint decks), analyse accounts, and ensure top-tier customer service.
· Take responsibility for achieving sales targets within your area.
· Build strong, lasting relationships with existing accounts to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
· Travel across the territory to meet clients face-to-face and represent the brand at local trade show events.
· Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline, providing regular sales forecasts.
· Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth levers.
About You
· Proven experience in B2B /Wholesale ideally within the footwear or fashion industry.
· strong understanding of retail metrics (sell-through, margins) and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
· Excellent territory management skills, you can plan efficient roadmaps to visit clients.
· A valid UK driving license (essential for carrying samples) and the right to work in the UK.
