Kennedy Maintenance is a growing London-based property maintenance and refurbishment company specialising in high-quality residential repairs, carpentry, decorating, and maintenance works.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Engineer to join our team on a full-time self-employed basis.

This role would suit somebody with a strong carpentry background who is also confident carrying out painting & decorating and general residential maintenance works to a high standard.

Our work is focused mainly within premium domestic properties and property management portfolios across South West and West London. Attention to detail, professionalism, and customer communication are extremely important to us.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential carpentry and maintenance works
• Painting & decorating
• Property repairs and refurbishment works
• Second-fix carpentry
• Door repairs and installations
• Reactive maintenance jobs
• Working independently across multiple jobs
• Maintaining high presentation and workmanship standards

RequirementsEssential

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Own tools
• Minimum 5 years trade experience
• Strong carpentry experience
• Competent painting & decorating ability
• Experience working in occupied residential properties
• High attention to detail
• Strong customer communication skills
• Reliable, organised, and professional
• Ability to travel across South West and West London

Desirable

• Joinery experience
• Experience with fire doors
• General multi-trade maintenance experience
• Ability to problem solve independently on site

Pay: £40.00-£60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
