About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with Autism in a school based in Sutton.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism
- Assist with classroom activities and learning plans
- Support students’ emotional and social development
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people with Autism (preferred)
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working in education and SEN
